Finding cheap eats (and drinks) at Harbor East's upscale tapas joint

We here at Baltimore Metromix are the nicest people ever, and do you know why? Because even though times are tough, we're still out there fighting the good fight. And by that we mean eating the good eats. And the good eats (and drinks!) these days are at Pazo in Harbor East. The Pazo Cinco menu, available Monday through Friday from 5 to 7 p.m., features tapas and cocktails for $5 each. We'd be falling down on our jobs, if we didn't go check it out. But take note: Selection rotates, so something available one week may not be available the next. Guess that means you'll just have to visit every week to try something new. Your life is hard.
