House blend cheese fondue at Corks
Credit:Shaun Vain
Ingredients: This fondue is the chef's "unique" blend of crème fraîche, Brie and Parmesan.
Damage: $7
Skinny: The house blend is definitely something to check out. It's smooth and creamy and has a similar taste to Corks' South Charles blend, but the texture is different. Parmesan seems to comprise the majority of the dip. This could be the group favorite, because it's easy to get along with. The house blend has a mild flavor, smooth texture and it doesn't stick to the taste buds as much as the blue cheese. Even if you're not the biggest cheese lover, you would enjoy a dip in this bowl.
