Get served: Dogwood Cafe

Service

The Dogwood is still a "cafeteria" in the sense that there is no table service. Instead, you order your food at the front counter, and are then given a number to take back to your table. When your food is ready, it is brought right to you. But we weren't completely left to our own devices. Someone came by several times through lunch to clear plates and offer us ice water and more iced tea and see if we wanted dessert. The extra attention was appreciated and we felt obliged to leave a small tip for the great staff working the counter and the dining room.
