Metromix eats with the fishes

The second leg of Fresh Thoughts: A Seafood Dining Trilogy took place at the National Aquarium in Baltimore on April 28. While we thought it was a little, er, fishy to eat seafood where the seafood lives, we braved water main breaks and downtown rush hour traffic to learn how to make sensible seafood choices. The night's featured item was shrimp and we're all about eating shrimp in the best way we can.

The third event in the series takes place on June 23 and features tilapia tacos. We also heard the series may return for an encore in the fall. So stay tuned.
