Brisket

All sauces at Big Bad Wolf are made in-house, as are the pulled pork, chicken, brisket (pictured) and ribs, of course. The meats are so good—tender and full of flavor from herb and spice rubs—that they don't even need sauce. But, to eat naked meat (wait, what?) would be simply tragic. What, you might ask, are the ingredients of said rubs and spices? We're not so sure. That info was left intentionally vague for protection of super-secret special recipes.
