Every part of the country offers its own take on barbecue, whether it's the vinegar-based Carolina style or the sweet and tangy sauces of Kansas City. The Smith brothers of Big Bad Wolf bring just about all of those sauces to barbecue-lovers in Charm City, including a few fans didn't even know they wanted (like the blueberry rum barbecue sauce that appears on the menu in spring 2009).
