Admittedly, we don't spend a lot of time in the historic waterfront town that boasts both the U.S. Naval Academy and St. John's College. We're usually perfectly content in our own historic city, thank you very much. However, a few recent forays southward have reminded us that there are all kinds of uniquely Annapolitan restaurants and bars there we'd probably move into if we were locals.
