Lin's Chinese Buffet advertises that it offers more than 100 all-you-can-eat items, and that's not an exaggeration. Lin's gives diners an almost dizzying array of options. Choose from fresh fruit and salad; Chinese dishes like Moo Goo Gai Pan, happy family and sesame chicken; snow crab legs, steamed shrimp and mussels during dinner hours. There's also dessert, including a soft-serve ice cream station. Early weekend shoppers at White Marsh Mall (where the restaurant is located) can also enjoy brunch on Saturday and Sunday. For those who'd like to skip the whole buffet thing, Lin's also offers a regular menu for dining and carryout.
