Very disappointed

I visited the Bel Air,Md store on 11/13/08, arriving at 1:40 p.m. only to find the doors locked. The hours were to 2:00 p.m. and I could see several workers inside but no one offered to open the door - maybe because the shelves were already empty and no coffee was available. I sat in my car watching the workers walking about the store, looking out at me and one young man mopping the floor. While I sat there, another woman parked and went to the door and could not open it. I told her they had already closed and she looked at the hours and commented that it was not yet 2:00. She and I both agreed this would be our last visit to Bagel Works. Perhaps if someone inside had explained why the store was closing early, we would not have been so frusterated. Unfortunately, this did not happen and Bagel Works lost 2 sales. Maybe not a big deal by itself, but what about others who hear our experience and agree that now may be the time to show some courtesy to customers. After all, one of the first cuts maybe that bagel & coffee..........

Overall rating:

Bagel Works bagels are excellent. The prices are great also. The service is always with a smile and they are very prompt with your orders. If you call it in, it is ready for pick up when you get there.
