Baltimore Pho

Old school Baltimoreans will remember what used to be in the space now occupied by Baltimore Pho: Mencken's Cultured Pearl Cafe. And they'll be really impressed by the glossy, inviting overhaul the space has received (check out the restrooms). The menu features such traditional fare as green papaya salad, spring rolls and, naturally, pho. But there's also a bit of a Thai influence and trendy drinks like mojitos in several varieties. Be sure to order the side of battered green beans with honey and ginger.
