A good fish taco, like reliable, no-strings-attached sex, is a hard thing to find. Where should one look for such a taco? (Craigslist perhaps?) And, should one choose grilled or Baja-style? To answer these questions and a few others, we got our hands on several fish tacos to help you find Baltimore's freshest catches.
