It might be bathing suit season everywhere else, but pork is still all the rage in Baltimore (with apologies to our Jewish, Muslim and veggie friends). Charm City is home to a population that takes its cured pork seriously, and expects you to do the same. We went in search of bacon exhibited 11 different ways and found that "the other white meat" holds solid placement on Baltimore menus. Not only that, but these pigs aren't just for breakfast anymore—they're living large as lunch, dinner, dessert and even libation.
