Munchie: Baltimore-themed sushi rolls
Eating sushi is a delicate process—one that relies on a refined, nimble–fingered approach to overcoming the complexities of the oft–enigmatic chopstick.

There's no reason, though, Baltimore—a place known for smashing its seafood with a mallet before digging into the juicy bits with a firm plastic knife—shouldn't be included in all that highbrow fun. There's a bay here. And it's got fish in it, too! This town knows a thing or two about seafood, and, even though most folks wouldn't dive headlong into the Harbor for an evening of raw dining, there's no reason Charm City shouldn't inspire a roll or two of its own.

For your dining pleasure, Metromix has trolled the city for Baltimore–themed rolls and we've made a couple of great catches.
