What kind of bar, restaurant or venue does Baltimore need?
A decent Chinese place, food-wise. There's no Vietnamese, either. In terms of bars, we've got more bars than any other place in the U.S. I don't know that we need another one.
Does the venue make the scene, or does the scene make the venue?
I suppose the venue has to make the scene, and the scene makes the venue—-it's back and forth.
