What do we love about Latin restaurants? We love that they exist! It wasn’t so long ago that Baltimore’s Mexican restaurants could be listed on one hand. Now a riot of cuisines from Central and South America have come north. Not to get political, but if all the results of immigration are this delicious, we’re for it!
