Southern-fried hungers get their fill at Night of the Cookers, we gah-rown-tee it! The Cajun-based cuisine makes its way to Baltimore by way of New York City, though Chef Hill earned his nickname "Memphis" in earnest. Order popcorn crawfish or fried catfish fingers as an appetizer, then dig into a Southern-fried chicken platter with collard greens, mac and cheese and, of course, a biscuit with gravy.
