The high-backed semi-circle red leather booths at Vin (pronounced "vine") practically force couples to cuddle. Add the changing video display of images of flowers to this upscale Towson restaurant and you have yourself one serenely romantic spot. The food, while pricey, is also decadently delicious. Try the escargot ($9) in garlic butter, or the flaky halibut. The best part of the meal comes at the end when you order dessert from the world's tiniest dessert menu. All the items are bite-sized and cost $2, so you can have several sweets!
