Potbelly Sandwich Works keeps it simple with a handful of sandwich options, some soups and salads and a couple of desserts. By focusing on just a few items, the assembly line sandwich chain manages to do a good job. The thick shakes are masterful and the pickles are enormous and perfectly crunchy. The faux-retro atmosphere and '70s tunes are a little too cheesy, though.
