Tension builds

Finally, during chants of "Manson, Manson, Manson," the curtain dropped. The crowd went wild as lights pulsed through the flood of smoke that filled the stage. Manson appeared dressed all in black and holding a microphone with a butcher knife taped to it. Florescent pink paint lined his eyes, which glowed when black lights shone on stage.
