Dan Deacon, the paunchy maestro of party-starting electro, brought 29 of Baltimore's best bands to the MOCAD last week for two nights of musical madness. The first evening, called Eyes Night, revolved around a dreamy blend of noise, improvisation and cerebral theater designed to engorge the frontal lobes. Night two was the purely visceral Feet Night and featured punk, hardcore, electronic and dance music.
