Metal: The Dirty Marmaduke Flute Squad

To call The Dirty Marmaduke Flute Squad a novelty act does a complete disservice to this group of amazing performers. Sure, the lead singer wears a cardboard horse head as he sings songs like, "You're Too Skinny (Eat Some Pie)," but the music behind the sometimes goofy lyrics is pure molten metal. While so many metal bands take themselves far to seriously, it's refreshing to listen to one that enjoys making music that is simultaneously rock-out-loud good and laugh-out-loud good.
