The Hangover: User Reviews
Hangover is one of the funniest comedies I've seen in a very long time. A cute story line with lots of gust-bursting scenes mixed in... I laughed so hard I nearly had an asthma attack. Not kid-friendly, but a hilarious riot, nonetheless. =)
Go see it. Right. Now.
Report This ReviewDo not, I repeat, do not waste your money! This movie was not even "stupid" funny. It is a testament to the overrated "Fat Pack" gang of actors putting out loud and ignorantly based films. This is another one. An easily strung together series of assinine antics premired as "comedy". There is nothing funny about a movie that obviously took very little money to make into movie screen garbage, but unfortunatley will bring in millions for the director, producers and actors. The scenes on the commercials were the bait that several moviegoers took. The theatre I was in was packed with hopeful wathchers, many very familiar with Zach G's stand-up genius, what a let down! What a waste of talent. So the camera just rolls and waits for Zach to be and endearing imbocile, this is not an impressive plot or performance for Zach or anyone else in the movie. When they have to edit the scene in a commercial which includes Mike Tyson punching out Zach G to be ALOT funnier than the actual movie scene, you know there's a problem. Dear Mr. Phllips, how can you put your name on such a half-assed production? Do you really think the movie going audience is that gullable? It doesn't take a lot to make a crappy movie, this is obvious. It does take a lot to promote it as a "cult classic". Are you serious? What neophyte associated with this website gave this movie any stars at all? So here we go. group of actors watch their fat bearded friend act like an introverted half-wit and laugh at him, then pity him, and probably are relying on him to carry this movie. They arrive in Vegas, they wake up obliterated, find a baby find a tiger and we find the rest of the movie a waste of precious time and precious money. I went to this movie with high hopes and left pissed off. So Todd Phillips, your movie was more than terrible. It was a rip-off. Enough with these films that have zero substance and take our money to make more and more cinematic squat piles. I will never fall for it again Mr. Phillips. If you are sick of these horrible films you should not go see The Hangover. In Chicago, it takes nearly $40 to got to a movie with someone else including the parking fee. In this economy, it sucks to be taken by a director whose movies keep getting worse and worse.
Report This ReviewTHE ONLY WAY THIS COULD GET THE 4 STARS YOU HAVE IT LISTED AT, WOULD BE TO HAVE ASKED A BUNCH OF JUNIOR HIGH KIDS. THE MOVIE WAS RIDUCULOUS. AND CHILDISH.
Report This ReviewI laughed so hard I almost peed my pants. Not an Oscar, but is was very nice to hear people laughing outloud and enjoying their movie going experience! Funniest so far this year!
Report This ReviewI just saw this movie last night, and it was absolutely hillarious. The pictures at the end make it even greater.
