Neighborhood guide: Pikesville
There are plenty of diversions to be found along Reisterstown Road.

Often defined by its concentration of Jewish residents, Pikesville's main drag, Reisterstown Road, is dense with restaurants and retail establishments. Tov Pizza's kosher pies are a mitzvah, but Suburban House creates traditional dishes, like matzoh ball soup. Other Pikesville institutions include Jilly's, an old-time bar full of regulars, and The Pikes, a movie theater turned eatery.
