Harbor East is one area where Baltimore's evolution is unmistakable. The little waterfront neighborhood has become a rapidly expanding hot spot, connecting the Inner Harbor to Fells Point with a heavily-frequented Whole Foods market and neon signs that light the way to several upscale restaurants, shops and a seven-screen cinema with its own bar.
