This historically working class Northwest Baltimore neighborhood maintains a funky vibe, most evident at the annual celebration of big hair and Bawlamerese, HonFest. There are also a handful of good lunch spots like Golden West and Dogwood Deli and free parking can still be found within a few blocks.
