Artscape consumes Baltimore every year. For most of the city, the weekend presents a fantastic opportunity for city-dwellers to pound pavement while taking in art and live music, as well as consuming much food and beverage. (We hope the giant cans of beer are available again!) For a small contingent, though, Artscape is one massive excuse to get the hell out of dodge. (Seriously, if you live anywhere in the Station North area, don't even thinking about moving your car.)
