The Baltimore Ink event, held at the Baltimore Museum of Art on May 31, included a book signing, semi-permanent tattoos and runway shows. The drink lines were long, the semi-permanent tattoos were applied via Sharpie and the runway shows were a riot. Check out scenes from the event.
