Condiments: Dry dogs and brats are a sin. Ketchup, spicy brown mustard, relish, salt and pepper are required.
Chili: The hotter the better. Come October, that chili (and a few Baltimore shots) is all that's going to keep you warm.
Corn (on the cob, in husk): This stuff grills really nicely—sprinkle with salt, pepper and butter. Old Bay works, too.
Chips: You live in Maryland, right? Utz Crab Chips are all you should eat at a tailgate. Period.
