This free festival is one of America's largest art celebrations. With visual art exhibits and a full schedule of events, including performing arts, dance, opera, fashion and film, there is more than enough to keep you occupied. Make sure you get there early, there are always masses of sweaty people trying to chill out in the summer humidity. We're hyped this year because the festival may be bigger than ever (it's expanding to Station North), plus there's DIY crafts and outdoor films from the Maryland Film Festival.
