Shorty's may have recently come under new management, but thankfully it left in tact one important aspect of what made this funky little lounge so awesome: Not one, but two, kick ass cocktail lists. Many are laden with Red Bull, and all are designed to tempt the taste buds while inebriating the senses, which is exactly what we look for in a drink.
