Huck Finn at Salt
Credit:Lisa Wiseman
Ingredients: Blueberry syrup and champagne
Damage: $9
Skinny: Some would say it takes some sophistication to truly appreciate champagne. We tend to follow the advice of the Muppet Fozzie Bear, who, in the movie "The Great Muppet Caper," adds sugar to his champagne so "it tastes like ginger ale." Mimosas are a nice alternative to straight champagne, but it seems weird to order one unless you’re having brunch. Enter the Huck Finn. A little blueberry syrup removes the somewhat bitter taste of champagne, which makes the drink light, slightly sweet and refreshing—just like blueberry ginger ale!
