Strawberry mojito at Salt

Ingredients: White rum, fresh mint, strawberries and lime

Damage: $9

Skinny: Is there a restaurant out there that doesn’t do a flavored mojito these days? This mojito was so loaded with fresh mint it was not unlike a salad floating in our drink. The strawberry was slight, and not too overpowering, which allowed the rum to be the drink's main flavor, and rightfully so.
