Skinny: The lychee flavoring lends an exotic flavor to this tini, but the truly exotic element comes from the 75 percent Dutch vodka/25 percent Japanese sake blend known as Wasabe. Rumors have it the vodka assumes a more sake-like taste when served warm, but Ra serves this one chilled, and keeps as cool as its namesake implies.—Mark Gross
