Skinny: Beware of drinks like this. Yes, this martini may taste like a liquid candy bar, but remember that you're consuming five types of alcohol in one glass. Thankfully, the crushed walnuts in the drink add a bit of fiber, which may help soak up all the booze in your system. After a couple of these, you might consider ordering something like the Twinkie salad or a Milky Way pizza. In a more perfect world that might be possible.
