Ingredients: Lemon-infused vodka, fresh lime juice and a dash of simple syrup

Skinny: Like the best martinis, this cocktail is almost all alcohol. Dogwood's house infusion captures the fragrance of the lemon while losing much of the citric acid bite. This leaves a sweet, lemony flavor reminiscent of lemon sorbet.—Michael Cook
