Bottom's up: Blondes are light-colored beers without tons of hops, which allows drinkers to celebrate the tastes of oats and barley. Brewer's Ozzy ably demonstrates this cereal sweetness, while remaining crisp and easy to drink. At 7.2 percent alcohol, though, beware. Otherwise, you might find yourself running along Charles Street biting the heads off pigeons.
