This Charles Street pub is a fine place to grab a Guinness, but unfortunately the stiff competition around B-more lands O'Shea's at the bottom of this list.

The pour: The pour wasn't as smooth as it should have been and seemed to suffer from being transported to our location at the bar.

A positive note: O'Shea's pint was the cheapest we found.
