Thanks B.Q Eric! Just curious, what's the B.Q. stand for?

Guinness and cider is known as a snake bite or a black velvet. I may be bias or misinformed but there are some great places in the counties to find a great Guinness. An Poitin Stil the bartender Jim always pours a great Guinness and usually puts a shamrock on top.

If Guinness had an illegitimate offspring it would be half a pint of Guinness poured over half a pint of Cider. It’s delicious, but I can't find that many places that know what I'm talking about when I order it. Anybody know if this drink has a real name?

Mick O'Shea's is definitely the place to go. If you show up for lunch, dinner or late night and see how many people are drinking Guinness you'll know why.

I'm suprised that Mike McGovern's Irish Pub on 1129 S. Clinton St. in Canton was not reviewed for the perfect pint. I have always been party to a careful, almost perfect pour of my Guinness every time I've visited there and the authentic Irish decorations further enhance my enjoyment.
