Elderflower mondello mojito at Pazo

Ingredients: Mount Gay Rum, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, fresh lemon and lime juice and fresh mint

Damage: $9.50 ($5 from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday-Thursday)

Skinny: St. Germain is an acquired taste. Many find this somewhat-hard-to-find liqueur a bit too sweet, especially by itself. However, when mixed with rum in Pazo's elderflower mojito, the liqueur turns the traditionally tart cocktail to a rich and almost decadently sweet drink.
