Lychee mondello mojito at Pazo

Ingredients:  Mount Gay Rum, Soho Lychee Liqueur, fresh lemon and lime juice, fresh mint and lychee fruit

Damage: $9.50

Skinny: OK, so the hunk of lychee fruit at the bottom of our glass totally looked like some sort of preserved alien fetus. We kept staring at it and poking at it with our stirrer expecting it to come to life. It didn't. Instead, we enjoyed Pazo's sweet and exotic drink that was tastefully garnished with a pretty, purple pansy.
