Sparkling sangria at Blue Agave

Ingredients: Sparkling Spanish Cava, brandy, peach liqueur, triple sec, fresh cranberry, orange and pineapple juices
Damage: $6
Skinny: Cava is a pretty strong, dry wine, but here it's offset by brandy and triple sec. Effervescence adds a lot of personality to the drink. It's definitely a nice twist on traditional sangria, sharp with a little tang and bubble. The seasonal fruit garnish on top inhibits guzzling slightly, but at least you know you're getting in a serving or two of the day's recommended five fruits.—Molly V. Strzelecki
