Metromix was excited and intimidated by the five different bottles of Scotland's finest placed before us. Birds of a Feather is really a Scotch bar (it offers more than 120 different kinds), and Horn can go on about production methods such as where the Scotch was distilled (it does make a difference) and smokiness. After Horn's explanations, we felt like old hands at drinking (and appreciating) Scotch.
