Skinny: Highland Park, with its butterscotch smell and creamy, mellow flavor, was the surprise of the night. The first tastes were of the more pleasant flavors, but then came the twang. It was mildly antiseptic in taste, but not unpleasant. This drink's Scottish equivalent would be Donovan singing "Mellow Yellow" while waiting in line for a deep-fried slice of pizza.
