Vibe: Huckas, a sports bar/hookah lounge, has something for everyone: two levels, four bars, two lounges, 10 pool tables, 80 TVs and a wall of completely clear, green glass hookahs (with disposable mouthpieces for everyone at the party). Scented smoke meets satellite TV at this hangout in Canton. There's also a non-smoking bar and dining room for the weak-lunged.
Crowd: Fist-pumping sports fans, tobacco-tugging beatniks and everyone in between hang out at Huckas. Opening night brought out 98 Rock, and, since then, Huckas has been frequented by celebrities such as Baltimore Raven Deion Sanders.
Libations: There are daily happy hour specials, as well as food and drink deals during gametime. Keep an eye out for $1 Miller Lites and $1-off drafts. An impressive selection of specialty house poisons includes the 1-800-CALL-ME-A-CAB -- and, yes, the staff will gladly make the call.
Sounds: An internet jukebox, multi-channel television buzz and live DJs spinning on Thursday, Friday and Saturday do their best to muffle bubbling, steaming pipes and Ravens fans, alike.
Service: Outfitted with seasonal sports jerseys, the Huckas team has trained hard for heavy hookah-lifting and the full court press of customers.
Bottom line: Huckas has watertight entertainment, and limitless potential for every night of the week -- especially on game day.
