Who do you think you are if you think you can just ride the elevator of the Belvedere to the 13th Floor without checking out the Owl Bar first? The bartenders are friendly, and the food is delicious. True—one time someone spotted a rat running across a wire near the far wall. But hey, this is Baltimore; you can delude yourself into thinking that if you don't see them, they don't exist, but what's the point?
