Little Havana's popularity hinges on several things: It's outside the parking crunch that is Fed Hill proper (though don't expect to score a spot on LH's lot), it has a great deck with wide-open bay doors that look out over the Harbor, an almost infamous brunch (with much-loved bloody pitchers) and perhaps the best mojito in town.
