Pronounced fo-go dèe shoun, Fogo de Chao is an authentic churrascaria (Brazilian steakhouse) featuring seasoned meats and gaucho chefs. The prix-fixe menu offers unlimited helpings of 15 cuts of meat roasted over an open flame. Meat is sliced table-side and diners indicate if they want more food by flashing a green card. Guests pay $29.50 for lunch, $46.50 for dinner, or $19.50 for salad bar-only.
