Barney has Moe's Tavern. Quagmire, The Drunken Clam. Even if you don't have a running tab at some local dive, there are plenty of bars around town congenial enough to make even first-timers feel like regulars. The homiest of all Baltimore hoods, Fells Point, offers up plenty of bars to call your very own.

We sorted through the riffraff to find five places in Fells where the bartenders are always friendly, your name is scrawled on the bathroom wall (even though you didn't do it) and your very own bottle of Grand Marnier is waiting on the shelf.

So go ahead, find a bar to call home.
