"Collecting, preserving and interpreting Maryland history since 1844," The Maryland Historical Society museum features a collection of more than 350,000 objects including paintings, quilts, uniforms, flags, costumes, furniture, jewelry, ship models, China, tools and toys from pre-Colonial times to the present.
