Lincoln Memorial

Probably the most famous memorial besides the Washington Monument, the seated Lincoln statue has been the background for many historic moments. After reading excepts from some of Lincoln's famous speeches, be sure to look for the spot where Martin Luther King, Jr. gave his "I Have A Dream" speech. Park rangers can help you find the commemoration of that location.
